May 31, 2025, Feast of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary was an event-packed day for the parishioners of the St. Stephen the Protomartyr Parish, Ligao City.
Commencing at nine o’clock in the morning, the SOLEMN EUCHARISTIC and ORDINATION to the SACRED ORDER of PRIESTHOOD took place with MOST REV. JOEL Z. BAYLON to lay hands on the then Deacons: Rev. FRANCIS XAVIER NGUYEN, O.R. C., Rev. JOHN BERCHMAN PERILLO EMBUDO, O.R.C. and Rev. JOHN BOSCO COMORA JAUCIAN, O.R.C.
The culmination of the week-long 2ND MARIAN EXHIBIT sponsored by the PASSO Assn. and the procession of Marian images and the supportive team of SAGALAS came next.
With a noble and well-founded reason, which is procuring a sound system that will help deepen one’s faith, connect with God through the Sacred Scriptures and put oneself in His holy presence via an aesthetically pleasing sound while in the church, this Raffle Draw was conceived.
Finally, before the doors of the parish church closed, the TANOG AND TINGOG RAFFLE DRAW 2025 commenced. With smooth and precise movements, the Parish Pastoral Council and Parish Finance Council called out the winning numbers, the ticket holders, solicitors and names of winners who will take the prizes home for the amount of only Twenty Pesos (Php20.00) per ticket.
