St. Stephen the Proto-martyr Parish has welcomed two deacons, Rev. John Perillo-Embudo and Rev. John Bosco Jaucian, who will be assigned to the parish from February 15 to May 31, 2025.
Rev. Embudo is from Mahaba, and Rev. Jaucian is from Dunao, both in Ligao City. They are members of the Order of Canons Regular of the Holy Cross of Anapolis, Brazil.
During their assignment, the deacons will experience daily parish life and prepare for their future ordination to the priesthood. This practical experience is an essential part of their training as they continue to grow in their faith and ministry.
The parish looks forward to supporting them on their journey towards becoming priests and is happy to have them as part of the community.
